Repeat Prescriptions
A minimum of THREE FULL WORKING DAYS notice is required for all repeat prescriptions to be processed and we must insist on this due to the increased volume of requests, repeat prescription.
Please ensure that you know the name and the dosage of the medication when ordering. Any discrepancy may mean a delay in issuing your prescription.
We encourage all patients to nominate a local pharmacy to collect their prescriptions. Please inform the pharmacy once you have placed your order. Only you - the patient - or the pharmacy you have nominated can collect this prescription. No relative/ friend can collect on your behalf. Nomination forms can be completed at reception or you can simply tell the reception the name of the pharmacy and they will update your medical record. If your circumstances change please let us know as soon as possible so that we can protect your confidential data.
