Non-NHS Services - Currently under review April 2023
Most of the services we provide are free under the National Health Service. However a few services are not covered by the NHS and a charge will be made.
The following fees will apply from March 2017. Payment is made at reception and may be in cash or by cheque. Please allow 5 working days for your request to be processed.
NOTE: the doctors no longer sign passport applications (British/ Irish). The following list of professions, at their discretion, may sign your passport application/ photograph to identify the true likeness of the applicant and photograph provided;
Police officer, Member of the clergy, Vet, Dentist, Pharmacist, Lawyer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, Accountant, Bank Official, Elected Public Representative, Teacher or Lecturer, Social Worker.
